PUBLICATIONS

CAPAS is an international and transdisciplinary platform for theoretical and methodological reflections as well as case studies dealing with the apocalypse as an recurring experience, influential imaginary, and transformative method. Through our publications, we reflect on discussions, processes and questions that develop within the Centre and hope to further develop and expand these insights by engaging a diverse, scholarly collective, as well as making our efforts accessible to international researchers and interested parties. Our aim is to connect and develop thought processes and debates in the emerging field of Apocalyptic and Post-Apocalyptic Studies through the three central products of our work: our book series of innovative short monographs with renowned German publisher Matthes & Seitz, our international and open-access book series published by De Gruyter, and our peer-reviewed open-access journal Apocalyptica. Learn more about these publications and about the Centre’s research, including books, articles, and chapters published by past and present CAPAS members.
