Book Series
In conjunction with our academic journal, CAPAS also publishes a book series with DeGruyter entitled Apocalyptic and Post-Apocalyptic Studies. The book series highlights innovative voices and wide-ranging perspectives that explore the ends of worlds and their various cultural, political, and material implications. Bringing out edited collections, mainly developing out of the CAPAS annual conference and topical monographs, often in conjunction with the work of our fellows or associated scholars, the book series calls on a broad range of academic disciplines, artistic endeavors, and activist works that reflect the wide range of approaches and questions emerging at CAPAS. Besides making this work accessible to broad academic and intellectual readership, the aim of the series is to aggregate central contributions to the field of Apocalyptic and Post-apocalyptic Studies as a way of opening up synergies that have yet to be systematically connected.
